Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders are shipped out with Royal Mail.

Items take between 1-5 days to prepare before sending unless told otherwise. Some can be delayed further if I'm working at a convention for up to 5 days.

UK orders are sent via 1st or 2nd class and take between 2-7 days to arrive.

UK tracked orders are sent via tracked 48 hours and arrive within 2 days.

International orders are sent via standard and do NOT come with tracking.

These can take from anywhere between 2-6 weeks.

International tracked orders usually take around 1-2 weeks.

I urge anyone ordering from Europe to use my etsy instead, otherwise you may have to pay higher customs on arrival: https://damnationparty.etsy.com

I am not responsible for customs on your order once I have posted your items.

Returns & Refunds:

I will only accept returns/refunds if the item is faulty upon arrival or if it was a mistake on my behalf of the transaction.
